Game On! The Ultimate Wellness Challenge is a year-long program that challenges America’s youth, their families and schools to incorporate healthy food choices and physical activity into their daily lives.

NFL Re-Charge

Action for Healthy Kids, in partnership with the National Football League, developed ReCharge! Energizing After-school™, the first nationally distributed after-school program that fully integrates nutrition and physical activity through teamwork-based strategies for youth in grades 3-6.  ReCharge! focuses on four concepts – "Energy In" (nutrition), "Energy Out" (physical activity), Teamwork and Goal-Setting. Since its introduction in fall 2005, ReCharge! has been distributed to over 8,000 after-school programs across the country, reaching over half a million students.

National Association for Sport and Physical Education
NASPE offers a number of excellent resources and guides for improving the quality and quantity of physical activity. They seek to enhance knowledge and professional practice in sport and physical activity through scientific study and dissemination of research-based and experiential knowledge to NASPE members and to the public.

P.H.A.T.
Using a community-based approach, the P.H.A.T. campaign embraces music, dance, emceeing and other elements of hip-hop culture (in community centers, schools, after school programs and other organized settings) to deliver important messages about healthy eating and physical activity. The website includes resources on ways to increase physical activity through culturally relevant dancing.
